Teachers’ Day 2024 was joyously celebrated at St Cecily’s English Medium Higher Primary School on 5, September 2024, within the vibrant setting of St Cecily’s Auditorium.

The air was filled with excitement as students enthusiastically decorated their classrooms and welcomed their cherished teachers with heartfelt warmth. By 9 a.m., the teachers were gracefully escorted to the auditorium, where the celebration began with a serene prayer led by the school choir. Following this, a warm welcome was extended by the school head girl, Vanshika.

The program unfolded as a touching tribute to educators, featuring mesmerizing dance performances and a moving skit that captured the invaluable role of teachers in shaping young lives. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by the assistant head girl, Muskaan. The smooth flow of the program was expertly managed by the emcees, Mahima and Suhana.

A delightful surprise awaited each student, as trays of delicious treats were handed out, bringing smiles and sweet satisfaction to all. The festivities didn’t end there, as the teachers enjoyed a special gathering and shared a delightful fellowship meal, marking a heartwarming end to a memorable day of gratitude and celebration.
